By registering for the National Round of Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition you authorize Jessup Bangladesh, the International Law Students Association (ILSA), The U.S. Department of Justice’s Office of Overseas Prosecutorial Development, Assistance and Training (DOJ-OPDAT), Hearth Bangladesh, and White & Case LLP, its designees, licensees, and assignees and its designees, licensees, and assignees (“White & Case), to take photos and video and make any other type of recording of you, your written and spoken work, the faculty advisor, and any and all persons or guests affiliated with your team, during the 2025 National, Regional or Global Tournaments and to reprint, transcribe, edit, excerpt from, or otherwise include any and all material from such event on the Jessup Bangladesh, ILSA and White & Case websites, any other websites or social media connected to the mentioned organizations and in other promotional, educational, and commercial materials prepared by the mentioned organization for distribution internally and externally anywhere in the world, and to use your name, voice and image in connection with the foregoing. If you do not agree to the foregoing, you may decline your consent only by contacting the Jessup National Administrators in writing at nabd@ilsa.org or Competition Director at jessup@ilsa.org. Any and all disputes arising out of this release will be governed by Bangladesh and U.S. Copyright Laws; the laws of the State of New York, whichever applicable.

Liability of the participating institution:
For the actions of the individual team member(s) of the participating institution found to be contrary to the policy and spirit of the Jessup competition, the institution can also be held accountable both at the national and international rounds. For any violation of the disciplinary rules, Jessup Bangladesh and ILSA preserve complete authority to impose any sanction including banning the institution from any future ILSA programs and competitions.
