Yes, a sponsor can also be a partner. If a sponsoring organization provides additional technical or administrative support besides the financial sponsorship, then it will also be considered and recognized as a partner.
No. An individual is not recognized as partner by the Jessup Bangladesh. However, if an individual wants to share his or her technical expertise with the organizers of Bangladesh Round and expresses interest to be a part of organizer then s/he will be recognized as facilitator. Yes. However, the member of the partner organization should satisfy the requirements of a judge and must not have any conflict of interest with the teams whose performances s/he going to evaluate.
No. Though organizing Bangladesh Round is the primary and major concern of Jessup Bangladesh but also can organizes workshop on mooting, advocacy and international law and interested organizations can be partner in these initiatives.
