Observers

1. Who can be an Observer?

Like competitor to be an observer of the Jessup National Qualifying Rounds one has to be a part of an observing institution. As the purpose of allowing observing team is to nurture institutions interested to participate in future thus the observing institution is required to satisfy all the requirements of a competing institution. 2. Is it required for the observing team or institution to register for the competition?

No, an observing institution is not required to register for the competition because an observing institution will not taking part in competition and will not have any access to the Jessup Materials available for competitors. However, an observing institution must comply with the rules set by the National Round Organizers.

3. Who can be an Observer?

An observing institution must not take part in any previous Jessup National or International Rounds and must have the commitment to take part in future Jessup National or International Rounds. Participating as an observer is not a right but a privilege and every interested institution must make the best use of it.
