Biva Mosharraf is currently working as an Associate at the namesake law firm of the Attorney General for Bangladesh, A.M Amin Uddin and Associates.  She is also a Research Officer at ELCOP, a leading Bangladeshi human rights organization.  She has completed her LLB and LLM from University of Dhaka. She previously worked with the United Nations Office of Drugs and Crimes and Centre for International Alternative Dispute Resolution.  She has been the Vice President of Dhaka University Moot Court Society and has been an Editor of Dhaka University Law and Politics Review.  Biva has a remarkable mooting career: she has participated in renown moot court competitions like Price Media Law, Henry Dunant Memorial, Prof. N.R. Madhav Menon SAARC Mooting Competitions as a Researcher and bagged several accolades. Envisioning to be an ardent advocate of human rights, her research interest includes gender issues, international law, organized crime, forced migration, and human trafficking.
