Monisha Jahan Joya has completed her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from, North South University. Currently she is practicing as a corporate lawyer in a renowned multinational law firm.  During her tenure as an undergraduate student, she has represented North South University in various moot court competitions as an oralist also as a researcher. She participated at the Phillip C. Jessup 2020 Bangladesh Qualifying Rounds, where her team came out as one of the quarter-finalists. She also participated as a facilitator in previous year’s national round.  Monisha was a member of North South University Law & Mooting Society (NSULMS) where she served as a Sub- executive to organize different legal events and competitions. She is currently working under renowned legal academics for multiple research projects. Her legal research focuses on Public International Law, Constitutional Law, and Labour Law.
